Productivity

Today was a day to be productive. I spent my day cleaning, organizing, making different concoctions with my oils, cooking/food prepping some fabulous meals, I did a lower body work out, I swam laps and laid out to catch some sun by my apartment pool, I did laundry, read a lot, watched part of a positive show on happiness, made a few gifts for some up coming special occasions, and I sat in silence and did some meditation. I hung out on my porch and enjoyed the fresh air. I invested fully in myself today and in self growth, I am feeling peaceful. I hope you all had a splendid Wednesday!

I added curcumin capsules into my daily intake, if you read my blog post about turmeric you will learn more about the benefits of ingesting curcumin. These can be found at a natural foods store, or you can find vegetable capsules and turmeric/curcumin powder from natural foods stores and make your own. I am starting with taking one a day, but I can take up to 4 if I want. I have also began to add more Essential Oils in to my beverages as well as for flavoring my food. Many of these oils have benefits for our immune systems and overall wellness.
