Today I had a busy and long day of work. 11 hour shifts on Mondays. I am blessed in my work because I get to learn from people every single day. It is a job that helps push me to grow myself as well as to help others. I got home tonight, tired, sore, with a work out and dinner on my to-do list. These tasks have been come great ways to unwind after a day of socializing and being on my feet. I made a salad for dinner and did a lower body focused workout, some abs, some core, listed below:
Bridges 25x4
Donkey kicks 25x3 (each leg)
Fire Hydrants 20x3 (each leg)
Push ups 10x3
Upside down sit ups 50x3
Lying side leg raises with knee in 25x4 (each leg)
Swimmers 3x1.00min
Wall sits 3x45sec
After this I stretched for about 25 minutes.
