Today as I was working on my blog, my wifi was moving much slower than my patience was allowing so I decided to do some research to find an organic spot in Boulder with wifi. I came across a cute place called Zeal. I was able to sit facing (what would normally be windows) the open air, so I was sitting inside, but had the outdoor breeze in my face. It was the perfect setting to catch up on some things. I ordered a juice flight and was extremely pleased. I plugged in my headphones and got lost in my writing. This moment made me realize how important writing has always been to me, in my life. I went a long period of time where I hardly wrote at all and I am really happy to be back to doing it on a regular basis.

Is there anything you can think of that you have always loved doing, but noticed lately you haven't been doing it? I encourage you to take some time to start doing it again. There was a reason you loved doing it so much in the first place. These are the hobbies in our lives that keep us out of our heads and into our hearts. These are steps towards finding inner peace and happiness. Simply doing things that we love to do is such a crucial part of this human experience. To keep us sane, and keep us in our souls. I have also been writing more privately lately as well... thinking I might have to start putting a book together (;
