Let me see you workout

Tonight after work I went to Barnes & Noble and picked up some sale books that I am looking forward to reading and sharing with you in future posts. It was one of those evenings that I could not wait to get home and run. Yes... seriously, I could not wait to just RUN. I have had a busy couple of days at work and was holding some crazy energy that needed some releasing and running did just that. Since I made the stop at the book store the sun was setting right as I pulled up to my home, so I jumped out of my car and started running, still in my work uniform and regular everyday sneakers. Thank goodness my work uniform is yoga pants and a tank top. I ran hard for two miles, and the sun went down. The Universe blessed me with a beautiful show. Tomorrow morning, I NEED to get out to the mountains so that is where I will be, stay tuned for pictures of tomorrow's adventure! Happy Friday friends!
