This morning I went to another CorePower Yoga class, Yoga Sculpt. They heated the studio to somewhere in the 90's with humidity, from about 13-14 people and all of our sweat. I don't know if I have ever been this sweaty in my entire life. It felt amazing. I was actually raining sweat. I learned so many new moves and was surprised to find how many moves I already knew. I knew immediately this would be something I wanted to do again and again. ESPECIALLY because of the way I felt afterwards. It was a more intense form of yoga and I am looking forward to trying some more and less challenging classes as well. My posture is something I have been working really hard on over the years and I think getting involved in an actual yoga class practice will help further my success. I know it will also continue to teach me how to move further into meditation and my inner self. I am already looking forward to my class that I am attending after work tomorrow!
After my 6am class, I had time to kill so I head up to the mountains for a bit. Although I spent the entirety of my day off by myself, I loved every minute of it. I have fun with myself and often times prefer it this way. Take some time for yourself this week, don't let yourself get lost in the hustle and bustle, be in the moment, breathe, and be grateful.
