While in MN I have kept extremely busy, in most cases my computer has stayed zipped up in my backpack and I am entirely okay with this, BUT it has caused me to fall a bit behind with my blog, so I am going to post the last few days all at once, I spent a beautiful morning watching the sunrise this Friday morning and did some yoga in nature. I highly recommend starting your mornings with stretching, even if it is finding a yoga video on YouTube to follow along with, it is a great and rejuvenating way to start your day. It warms up your muscles and sets the tone for your flexibility each day. Even better, mix it in with a hike and take some progress videos! This will help you track your progress with your practice as well as shed light on any bodily changes that are happening. I am going to begin to get better with taking progress videos, so that I can go back to this picture in a few months and see some major changes, more flexibility, and more confidence in my practice.
