In this week, once Sunday comes, I will have worked 60 hours between two jobs. I have attended yoga classes 4/5 days so far and plan to the last two days. I have taken time to meditate and be in the moment. I will be enjoying a hike on both Saturday and Sunday. I have had plenty of beautiful organic meals and snacks prepped for this busy week. I am almost finished with my current read (although I was distracted by a book called Soul Mates that I read through before giving as a wedding gift a couple weeks back). Tonight, I put away what was left of some clean laundry that had been on my bedroom floor for a couple days, I finally got around to starting my fully loaded dish washer (which I normally don't run, this is how you KNOW I am busy). I am on the last leg of my groceries so I have a list started for grocery shopping on Sunday. I am content. I love my daily tasks and I have learned to prioritize my time better than ever. Even though 60 hours this week, I am dedicated to other people, I have had more than enough time to take care of myself. Although, like I said, some cleaning tasks have been a lower priority, but I never let it go more than a day or two. Within all of these activities I have gotten plenty of sleep, usually about 6 hours a night is plenty for me. I have also taken some time to start writing more, I'd like to publish a book. That goal has become more and more strong in the recent months. Just a little update for you all through this busier time of my life right now!
Three more weeks of heavy work schedules and then I will begin to take some more adventures, my soul is in need. I can't wait to explore and share my memories. I hope you all have an amazing weekend. Tomorrow, I am going to eat only uncooked fruits and veggies all day. My body is feeling a need for a cleanse, I am excited to get out to the mountains too.. I can hardly wait.
